Delivery Services Policy

We take great care in ensuring that your cakes and treats are delivered safely and on time. Please review our delivery service terms below:

Service Area and Costs:

• Deliveries within a 15 km radius of Rustenburg are charged at R100.

• Deliveries beyond this radius will incur additional costs based on distance.

Delivery Conditions:

• A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to accept the order.

• Delivery will only take place to the address provided on the order form; changes to the delivery address are not allowed once we are on our way.

• Orders will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

Failed Deliveries:

• If no one is available to accept the delivery at the specified time, the order will be returned to our premises.

• Re-delivery will be scheduled at an additional fee, or the client may choose to pick up the order from our premises, forfeiting the original delivery fee.

Special Requests:

• If the delivery address includes a gravel road, this must be stated clearly in the "Special Requests" section of the order form.
