• Setup Fee is Separate from Cake Price: This fee is for our time and expertise in setting up your event and is not waived, even with premium cake orders.

• Delivery Fee Not Included: Delivery is charged separately.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide a contact person’s name and phone number.

• Ensure tables are ready at the setup location before arrival.

• Fly control and food covering are the client’s responsibility (unless food remains in domes).

• Refrigerate desserts when necessary to maintain quality.

Availability:

• Service available only between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
