Terms And Conditions


1. Order Confirmation & Payment

Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your order. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the pickup or delivery date are non-refundable. Refunds are provided only in cases of cancellation on our part due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Custom Orders & Design Changes

Custom design requests are welcome but must be submitted by 14 days before the delivery/pickup date. Once the design is finalized, any further changes may incur additional fees.

4. Pricing & Quotations

Quotes provided for custom orders are valid for 14 days. Prices may be subject to change due to adjustments in ingredient costs or design specifications.

5. Allergies & Special Dietary Requirements

While we strive to accommodate dietary requests, our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Delivery & Pickup Terms

A delivery fee applies for orders requiring delivery, and specific delivery arrangements should be confirmed in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Lomie Cakes cannot be held liable for delays or issues due to incorrect address details.

7. Final Product Presentation

Every cake is handmade, so there may be slight variations in color, shape, or size from reference images or previous orders.

8. Cake Handling & Storage Instructions

Unless otherwise specified, keep cakes at room temperature until serving. Cakes containing chocolate or perishable ingredients should be refrigerated.Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle to ensure freshness and stability.

Avoid heavy driving or sudden stops to prevent structural damage. Do not leave cakes in hot vehicles, as high temperatures can compromise quality. If damage occurs due to improper handling, we may be able to assist with repairs if time permits, but this will incur an additional fee.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or adjustments are available only for significant quality issues identified at the time of pickup or delivery. Once the product has left our premises, we cannot be held accountable for handling or storage beyond our control.

10. Order Changes

Any changes to orders must be requested at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them if requested too close to the fulfillment date.

11. Limitation of Liability

Once an item has left our premises or been delivered, Lomie Cakes is not liable for any damages, quality issues, or injuries related to our products. Responsibility for proper handling, transportation, and storage falls on the recipient.

12. Privacy Policy

We respect our clients' privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you provide. Any data collected will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our services.
